This article explains how to disable my Elo device's microphone when I'm connected to EloView 4

Please follow the instructions below to disable the microphone on an Elo device when enrolled in an EloView 4 account (not Android Home mode). If you are using the device in Android Home mode, please see the article: Disable Device Microphone in Android Home Mode.

How to Disable Device Microphone in EloView 4 Account

1. Log in to your EloView 4 account: https://secure.eloview.com

2. Select the device on which you want to disable the microphone.

3. Navigate to the Settings tab.

4. Click the Edit button.



5. Scroll down to the Microphone section and slide the toggle to the left to disable the microphone.

6. Click the Apply button to save your changes.



7. A confirmation message will appear at the lower part of the screen stating: "Changes applied successfully."



8. The Microphone should now show as "Disabled" in the GUI. Note: You may need to refresh the screen to see completed results.



9. You may exit EloView.
