This article explains how to perform an Enterprise Reset on an EloView 4 device
Below steps describe how to perform an Enterprise Reset on an Elo I-Series 4 Android device.
Steps
1. Access the device Control Panel Settings by simultaneously pressing the Home and Power buttons on the device. If a Control Panel Password or an Admin Password has been set, you will need to enter it to access the Control Panel Settings.
2. Select "Diagnostics" from the Settings menu.
3. Click on the Enterprise Reset button.
4. Choose "Confirm" to perform an Enterprise Reset on the device.
- Notice, performing an Enterprise Reset will remove all downloaded APKs and reset all device settings.
5. An Enterprise Reset will erase all existing data stored on a device, including downloaded applications. Afterwards, the device will run the Auto Provisioning process again to automatically configure the device settings and install all required applications. Though an Enterprise Reset can help fix issues or restore settings, it should be performed with caution.
