This article provides information on how to set up an account in EloView 4

EloView is a secure, cloud-based solution for remote device and content management. With EloView, setting up your Elo devices is streamlined and efficient. Upon initial startup, the device automatically connects to the network, retrieves the latest configuration settings, and installs all necessary applications. EloView also enables remote and silent software upgrades, security patches, content deployment, settings updates, device health monitoring, and more. To begin, sign up for a free 45-day trial, which allows you to manage up to 10 devices. After the trial period, you can subscribe to the EloView service for continued access.

1. Go to this website: https://secure.eloview.com/

2. Click the "Sign Up" link next to "Not a Member?"



3. Enter a valid email address and strong password

• Note – this email address will be used for the “Account Admin” and cannot be deleted in the future.  We recommend that you use a generic email account (such as eloviewadmin@yourcompany.com) that can potentially be accessed by different people within your organization.  After setup, you can create user accounts for specific individuals as necessary.

4. Click the "Sign Up" button when finished. An email is sent to the email address entered on the Sign Up form.

• You will see a temporary message pop-up stating a "Verification code has been sent to your email."

5. Check your email for the Verification code. If you did not receive the code, please check your SPAM filter to release the email. 

• You can copy/paste the code into the Enter Code line and then click "Submit," or from the email click on the "Click here to complete sign-up process."

6. After submitting the Verification Code, a temporary message will pop-up stating: "Thank you for signing up! You can now log in."



7. You will then be redirected to the Sign In page at https://secure.eloview.com/ 

• Login using your validated email and password.

8. Fill out the registration form with your personal and company information. 

• Note the system-generated “Device Control Panel Password.”  You will need this password to access the Control Panel on registered devices.  You can change this password after accessing the account.
• When finished filling out the registration, check the “Master Subscription Agreement” and click the Next button

9. After clicking the Submit button the Sign Up Complete message will appear. You can choose to Add Devices or Skip to add them at a later time. 



10. Congratulations! You now have access to EloView!

11. In the upper right corner, click on the dropdown arrow, then select "Account."



12. Click on Settings (gear icon)



13. In the Customize section, click on the Edit button and 



14. Enter your Company Display Name and upload your Company Logo

• Click on Apply when finished

15. After applying the changes, the following message will appear.

• Choose Yes to proceed or No to cancel

16. After selecting "Yes," a "Changes applied successfully" message will appear briefly.



17. The Account is now ready for you to start creating security roles and users and registering devices.
