This article explains how to configure and use the Sub-Accounts feature in EloView 4.
Overview
The Sub-Accounts feature allows organizations to create an unlimited number of “child” EloView accounts under a single parent account. Each sub-account can manage its own:
-
Users
-
Devices
-
Content
-
Settings
This structure supports centralized management while enabling decentralized control—ideal for distributed enterprises or service providers.
Common Use Cases
-
A food service provider managing devices in multiple stadiums can create a sub-account for each stadium.
-
A POS reseller can assign each retailer a dedicated sub-account.
-
A multi-brand retailer can create “grandchild” sub-accounts for each brand under a single umbrella.
The parent account retains full visibility and administrative access across all sub-accounts—simplifying support, deployment, and billing.
