Re-Authenticating TeamViewer Remote Integration in EloView 4 After Migration

EloView® 4 continues to support direct TeamViewer® remote control integration for on-demand diagnostics, screen sharing, and remote device troubleshooting across managed Android hardware fleets.
⚠️ Post-Migration Security Re-Authentication Requirement:
Due to cloud security, encryption boundaries, and OAuth token isolation between platforms, stored TeamViewer account credentials and OAuth tokens are NOT transferred during the EloView 3 to EloView 4 migration.
All migrating organization administrators and new account owners must manually link and re-authenticate their corporate TeamViewer account within the EloView 4 Account Settings before remote control sessions can be initiated from the device console.
