This article explains that TeamViewer will need to be reconfigured in EloView after Migration
EloView 4 continues to offer the convenient TeamViewer integration previously available in EloView 3. However, if you are migrating to EloView 4 as an existing user, please be aware that your TeamViewer login credentials will not be included in the migration process. You will need to re-authenticate your TeamViewer credentials in the EloView 4 Account Settings.
This process is required whether you are migrating from EloView 3 or creating a new EloView 4 account.
