EloView 4 Release | Cloud Version: 4.2.xxx

On October 10, 2024, the EloView team will release a major update to EloView 4 that includes new features and capabilities.
 
New – Features and Improvements
 
•    Add IDS 04 devices to EloView for free through the “Connect Lite” mode.
•    Enable hotspot capabilities on devices with Android 12 or higher from the Settings page in EloView.
•    Adjust “device screen density (DPI)” from the Settings page in EloView.
•    Edit a custom icon for previously uploaded Content Library assets.
•    Leverage a new API that provides the Content Status for all devices within an account.
•    Leverage an updated layout for managing device groups, tags, and filters.
 
New – Elo Pay Enhancements 
 
•    Enable seamless payment integration by registering Elo Pay Link devices and subscription services.
•    Read device status and ensure that Elo Pay subscription configurations are applied correctly across devices.

Method of Distribution
The update will be applied on Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 4 to 7 PM Pacific Time/ Friday, October 11, 2024, from 1 to 4 AM Central European Time. During this period, EloView services will be unavailable. There will be no impact on scheduled content or devices deployed in the field while we perform this update.
