This article provides the steps to update your payment information in EloView 3 and EloView 4 accounts
To update your payment information in EloView, please follow the steps outlined below.
There are currently two EloView platforms: EloView 3 and EloView 4.
- EloView 3 is accessible at https://manage.eloview.com.
- EloView 4 is accessible at https://secure.eloview.com.
EloView 3
If your login screen resembled the one shown below during your previous login, please click [here] to access EloView 3.
- After logging in, click the dropdown next to Accounts and select Account Settings.
- Navigate to the Payment tab, scroll down to the Payment Information section, and click Update Card to update your payment details.
EloView 4
If your login screen resembled the one shown below during your previous login, please click [here] to access EloView 4.
- After logging in, click the dropdown beside your account name and select Account.
- Click the gear icon to access Settings.
- Under the Payment Information tab, scroll to the Payment Information section and click the pencil icon to update your payment details.
