This article explains how to verify you have access to the account admin in EV3 prior to Migration
To ensure a smooth migration from EloView 3 to EloView 4, it is imperative that you verify that you still have access to the email address used as the Account Admin in EloView 3.
To verify the account in admin email address being used in EloView 3, follow the steps below:
- Go to manage.eloview.com and login
- Go to Account--Manage Users
- In the list of users, look for 'Account Admin' under Account Type
- Verify that the email address for the Account Admin is an account you or someone on your team has access to
- If the address is correct and still valid, nothing else is required
- If the address is outdated and needs to be changed, follow the steps below
Requesting Account Admin change:
- Email support@elotouch.com and request the Account Admin be changed
- Provide the following details in your request:
- OrgID (found under Accounts--Account Settings--Bottom right of screen
- The current Account Admin name and email address
- The new Account Admin name and email address
- Wait for the response from the Support team stating the change has been made
- Verify by logging in with the new credentials and check under Account--Manage Users
Once you have verified and/or updated the Account Admin in your EloView 3 account, go to the Migration Dashboard and check the box next to Account Admin Access as complete.
