This article explains the compatibility between Elo touchscreens and Chrome OS

Chrome OS should work with Elo's PCAP and IR technology touchmonitors, as those technologies are fully HID compliant and do not require additional touch drivers to operate.

Other technologies such as: IntelliTouch, IntelliTouch Plus, AccuTouch, and APR are not compatible with Chrome OS, as those technologies require additional touch drivers to be installed to function.

Elo does not develop or provide Chrome OS touch drivers.
