This article provides steps for accessing Android Settings while in EloView mode on an i-Series 4 device.
By default, the I-Series 4.0 device is locked down into a single app/kiosk mode out of the box for security purposes. However, you can still get into the android settings via the Device Control Panel.
1. On the back of the device, press the physical button. While continuing to press the button, press the button as well.
2. Tap the screen to access the Device Control Panel
3. Enter the default password (1elo). NOTE: if the device has already been registered in EloView, the password may have been changed. Check this Device Settings screen for the current password
4. Tap the hamburger menu in the upper right corner
5. Tap the “Admin” option
6. Enter the default password (1elo) again.
7. On the “Quick Settings” screen, tap the “Settings” option
8. Tap the “Android Settings” option. You are now in the Android settings
9. When done, tap the “Back” button to return to the “Quick Settings” screen
10. Tap the “X” in the upper right corner

7. On the “Quick Settings” screen, tap the “Settings” option
8. Tap the “Android Settings” option. You are now in the Android settings
9. When done, tap the “Back” button to return to the “Quick Settings” screen
10. Tap the “X” in the upper right corner
