This article explains how to configure display scaling on an Elo Backpack 5 to ensure video fills the entire screen.
If the connected display does not show video in full screen, adjust the External Screen Scale setting using the steps below.
Open Settings (tap the gear icon).
Select Display.
- Tap External Screen Scale.
- Change the setting to Stretch.
Once set to Stretch, the video output should expand to fill the entire screen.
If the issue persists, verify the display’s native resolution and confirm it matches the configured output resolution of the Backpack 5 device.
