This article explains how to install a web certificate for Android Devices

From the device itself (you can insert USB key) :
Move the cert into the Android’s file directory, and then install from settings.
1.  Go to settings
2.  Search (top right corner) for ‘security’
3.  Select security
4.  Select “Install from storage”
 Find your cert and try installing

This action will require the user to set a pin or password on their I-Series.
