Where is legacy BOOT mode in BIOS?

This article explains where to find Legacy BOOT mode in device BIOS settings

Newer Elo touchcomputers with Windows 10 no longer offers the legacy BOOT mode but rather has a UEFI BIOS. Legacy boot is going away on most modern computers
    
Some older Elo touchcomputers do have a legacy BOOT mode in the BIOS, this is usually found under Advanced / CSM Configuration / Boot option filter
