No, the Windows LTSC license itself does not expire.

Once a Windows LTSC operating system is properly activated on an Elo system, the license remains valid. The operating system will continue to run. What eventually ends is Microsoft's support lifecycle, which means security updates and Microsoft support stop after the published end-of-support date.

Important: The system does not shut down or become unlicensed when Microsoft support ends. It simply stops receiving new Microsoft security updates and related support.
