This article explains how to perform a 'hard restart' on Elo Android Devices (I-Series)
In the event that Android OS has become unresponsive to all requests and a reboot is required, a forced "hard restart" can be achieved by long pressing the power button for at least 10 seconds.
The device will reboot and resume normal operation.
