This article provides information on how to reset Elo Android I-Series and Backpack Devices to Factory Settings

If necessary, you can remove all data from your device by resetting it to factory settings. Maybe you want to test a device from scratch or get a returned device ready to be use by another customer.

Performing a Factory Reset
1. On the device, access the Control Panel button by pressing the and buttons at the same time. If necessary, enter the password

• Default password is “1elo” unless you changed it in EloView

2. In the “Apps” area, click the Settings button



3. Select the Backup & Reset setting



4. Click the Factory data reset option



5. Click the Reset Tablet button



6. Click the Erase Everything button
