This article explains what to do if a Rev. A X2-Series unit locks up

Follow the below steps if your X Series locks up:

1. With USB Keyboard attached, start up X Series unit while pressing Ctrl+F2 Keys on keyboard.

2. Admin BIOS login will pop up – default password is eloelo 

3. Navigate to Advanced - PPM Configuration

4. Disable CPU C State Report



5. Save changes and Exit
