This article lists steps to replace the CMOS battery in the Elo X-Series AIO TouchComputers

1. Place the X-Series face down on a protective surface.

2. Remove back plastic cover by pulling up on the two thumb tabs at bottom and sliding up and forward.



3. CMOS battery will be visible at the top of the display head.



4. Disconnect the wire connectors from the circuit board by grasping with fingers and pulling upwards.



5. CMOS battery is adhered to the board with double sided tape. Gently pull up until it releases.



6. Replace with compatible CMOS battery, CR2032 CMOS Battery CR2032 with Wire and Connector. See example HERE
