How can I fix the error message "out of range" when I connect my Elo touchscreen to a BrightSign player?
Out of Range indicates the monitor is not receiving a standard support VESA video signal.
Many times this error is caused when the BrightSign player's video properties are set to "Force Resolution."

You may be able to go into the BrightSign's Presentation Properties and disable the "Force Resolution" option.

Also make certain the BrightSign's refresh rate is running at one that the Elo monitor supports. Most Elo monitors support 60 - 75Hz natively.
