This article covers a common connection mistake between the RJ45 COM port and LAN ports

We have found that some customers are mistaking the RJ45 COM port jacks on the EloPOS unit for LAN ports. The LAN port on the EloPOS is on the back of the display head as seen in the below photo. Make certain you are connecting to that port for Ethernet capabilities.
