Can I Install an Android OS on an Intel or Windows Based Touchcomputer?

This article explains why you cannot install an Android OS on your Intel/Windows based AIO systems or a NO OS system

It is not possible to install Android on Elo's Windows based All-In-One Touch Computers or our NO OS systems. 

Android OS requires a different (ARM based) architecture than a PC which is based on x86-64 platform. Android systems are custom built specifically for the hardware it is ran on and cannot be used on a "universal" platform system.
