This article describes accepted cover materials for PCAP products that support Touch-Through

While glass is the most common material used, other materials such as plastic, acrylic, polycarbonate, plexiglass, Lexan, etc. can be used.​​​​​

• Choose your cover material - glass, plastic, acrylic, etc. - up to 6mm thick, depending on material
• Install flush to the touchscreen glass (no air gap)
• Enable Touch-Through mode in the OSD menu or by uploading the Elo supplied firmware (check your product's User's Manual for specifics).

NOTE: Using touch-through can limit the number of touches on the screen and other features such as palm rejection and gestures.
