This article explains Android accessibility mode and how to enable it

Android accessibility mode provides additional settings to end users when using Elo Android devices.
Some options include adjusting volume and brightness. Accessibility options are only available on Android 9 and later devices. 

To enable accessibility options, follow the instructions below:

1. Enter Control Panel

2. Select the Hamburger Icon

3. Select Admin and enter the admin password

4. Select Settings and then select Android Settings

6. Scroll to Accessibility and tap the accessibility icon

7. Select Accessibility menu and toggle the Use service slider

You will now have the accessibility icon in the bottom right corner of your navigation bar.
