Panel Saver Option in OSD Menu 1002L, 1302L, 1502L, 2002L
Elo's 02-Series desktop monitors (1002L, 1302L, 1502L, 2002L) have a Panel Saver feature built into the OSD Menu to help safeguard against image retention whenever a static image is being displayed for long periods of time. When enabled, this feature will display a rotating white to black and black to white pattern on the screen if the screen has not been touched within a 2-hour period of time. This pattern will continue until the screen is touched again. This feature is set to disabled by default.
To enable the Panel Saver feature, follow the below steps:
1. Press the Menu button on the back of the monitor to display the OSD menu.
2. Use the up and down arrow buttons on the monitor to navigate to the Miscellaneous section and press the Select button on the back of the monitor to enter.
3. Use the up and down arrow buttons on the monitor to navigate to the Touch section and press the Select button on the back of the monitor to enter.
4. Use the up and down arrow buttons on the monitor to navigate to the PanelSaver section and press the Select button on the back of the monitor to enter.
5. Use the up and down arrow buttons on the monitor to switch from Disabled to Enabled, then press the Select button on the back of the monitor.
6. Use the up and down arrow buttons on the monitor to navigate to the Exit section and press the Select button on the back of the monitor to exit the Touch menu.
7. Use the up and down arrow buttons on the monitor to navigate to the Exit section and press the Select button on the back of the monitor to exit the Miscellaneous menu.
8. Finally, use the up and down arrow buttons on the monitor to navigate to the Exit section and press the Select button on the back of the monitor to exit the Main menu.
