How can I adjust the volume on my I-Series 4.0 device when using PoE?

This article provides steps for adjusting the volume on an Elo I-Series 4 All-In-One (AIO) touch computer when using PoE.

When using Power over Ethernet (PoE) on an Elo Android device such as an I-Series 4.0 system, the default sound and volume adjustment sliders will be grayed out and unavailable.

To adjust volume on a PoE powered device, go to Android settings Connected devices Connection preferences PoE power manager and make the volume adjustments there.
