Where can I find information about PMB: 756, Elo Transition Notice: 2002L & 2094L?

Due to supply limitations for the current LCD panel being used on the 2002L desktop monitors and 2094L open frames, Elo will be transitioning these products to a new panel. The replacement panel is the last remaining FHD panel in the market for this size. While we work to minimize product changes, they are needed from time to time. Due to the limited panel options in the market and our window for last time buy on the current panel, this will require a running change on the current SKUs. Please note, the new panel will cause a slight change to the viewing angles.

For long-term support, it is recommended to begin the process of sampling Elo’s 22-inch products. For the 2002L touchscreen monitor, the 2202L is the recommended replacement monitor. For the 2094L open frame, we recommend qualifying the 2294L PCAP open frame to ensure a smooth and timely transition.

Inventory & Ordering Information
•    Order placed with Elo through December 30th, 2021 will use the current 20-inch LCD panel.
•    All orders placed with Elo as of December 31st, 2021 will migrate to the new 20-inch LCD panel. 
•    Please consult with your sales representative for specific part numbers and details.
