This article explains how to adjust the video resolution or the refresh rate on an Elo monitor

Video resolution and refresh rates are functions of your computer's operating system, not the Elo touchscreen. There are no options to change resolution or refresh rate within the Elo monitor settings. If changes are needed it must be accomplished through your computer's video graphic card settings; either the graphics driver user's interface (GUI) or Windows/Mac/Linux/Android OS video properties.
