Each Elo touch product is equipped with a type of touchscreen and touch controller. Which touchscreen and controller is integrated with a product will determine the possible number of simultaneous touches on the screen. 

For example: Our 4303L Interactive Display can be purchased in two different touch technologies: TouchPro® PCAP and Infrared.
TouchPro® PCAP technology enables up to 40 touches and Infrared enables up to 20 touches. This means on the PCAP version, 4 different people could simutaneously touch the screen with all 10 fingers for a maximum of 40-touches at once. On Infrared, 2 people could simutaneously touch the screen with all 10 fingers for a maxiumum of 20-touches at once.

The number of possible simutaneous touches is also dependent upon using a computer which is HID compliant and has multi-touch capabilities. Typically, Windows 7 and higher, Android, and Ubuntu are HID compliant and will support the maximum number of touches.
