This article address the "Display Connection Might Be Limited" message that sometimes occurs.
Some customers are reporting a "Display connection might be limited" message whenever connecting a 2nd display to an EloPOS or other USB-C equipped system.
If you are receiving the above message, please check the following:
1. Make certain you are using a USB-C to USB-C cable and not a USB-A to USB-C cable.
- USB-A to USB-C cables cannot deliver Video
USB-C to USB-C Cable USB-A to USB-C Cable
2. Make certain you are using an Elo approved or Elo tested USB-C cable
- Cheap USB-C cables typically will not work to provide Power, Video, and Touch
3. Make certain you have physically turned the power on to the 2nd display by pressing the power button on.
