This article describes how to take a screenshot in Android Home mode on an Elo I-Series 4.0 All-In-One (AIO) device.

Elo's I-Series 4.0 devices have the capability to take a screenshot using the physical buttons on the device when using in Android Home mode.

To capture an image of the screen, press the power button for more than 2-seconds. A pop-up menu will appear. Select Screenshot from the menu. The device will automatically save the image in the File folder application.



The above method only works if using the device in Android Home mode, it does not work if using the device in EloView mode. If you need to take a screenshot in EloView mode please see our knowledge article here.
