Elo fixed Android devices, such as the I-Series 4.0 Android device, do not have GPS .  However, they do fully support Google Location Services, (aka Google Location Accuracy), which can provide accurate device location using nearby Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and device sensors.  It does this by periodically collecting location data from your device and using it in an anonymous way to improve location accuracy.
