This article describes how to disable the Android lock screen on Elo's I-Series 4.0 All-In-One (AIO) devices.
The "Unlock for all features and data" message is presented whenever a Lockscreen passcode is set in EloView. If this passcode is set, whenever the Elo device is rebooted, it will prompt for a password before being able to display installed content or show online in EloView. Often times, a Lockscreen Passcode is set in account settings. If you would like to disable Lockscreen Passcode account wide, repeat steps 2-5 in Account Settings. To disable the lockscreen, follow the below instructions.
1. Navigate to the devices tab in EloView, and select the device.
2. Select the Settings tab, and notice the "Lockscreen Passcode" setting. If there is a lockscreen passcode set, there will be an eye icon next to it.
3. Click the Blue Edit Button.
4. Delete only the Lockscreen Passcode field
5. Click the Blue Apply button.
6. Click either Reboot Device or Enterprise Reset to complete the change.
Note: If an error occurs during this process and the portal indicates no passcode is set while the device still prompts for one, you will need to create a new passcode and repeat the steps outlined above to remove it.
