How do I use the Capture OS option that is in the Elo recovery menu?

This article addresses why the "Capture OS" option is not accessible in the recovery utility.

The Capture OS option in the Elo Recovery utility is for Elo factory use only. This option is usually grayed out and not accessible to end-users.
