This article provides the VESA mounting options for the 22-inch I-Series for Android

The Elo 22-inch I-Series for Android has a 100mm x 100mm VESA mount for mounting. This is indicated on the specification page for the product. 

CAUTION: DO NOT USE THE CENTER 75MM MOUNTS FOR MOUNTING THE PRODUCT.
The center 75mm mounts are only for attaching an optional POE Adapter. Using the 75mm mounts to mount the 22-inch unit will result in damage or breaking of the mounting studs, as these were not designed to bare the full weight of the 22-inch product.
