Audience: Public / Elo Customers, Field Technicians & Integrators
Article Type: Hardware Specifications & Mounting Safety Guide
This article details the structural VESA mounting specifications and critical mechanical safety precautions for installing the Elo 22-inch I-Series for Android all-in-one touchcomputer on wall mounts, desk stands, or kiosk arms.
⚠️ CRITICAL MOUNTING SAFETY WARNING:
DO NOT USE THE INNER 75mm × 75mm PATTERN TO MOUNT THE 22-INCH UNIT.
The inner 75mm threaded inserts are engineered solely for securing the optional Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) Adapter Module. Attempting to mount or suspend the full weight of the 22-inch display using the 75mm pattern will shear or tear the mounting studs from the rear housing, resulting in catastrophic physical damage and voiding the manufacturer warranty.
