What is the Sign-In / Sign-Up Screen on the M50 Mobile Computer?

This article describes the Sign-In / Sign-Up screen on the Elo M50 Mobile Computer.

The Sign-In / Sign-Up screen on the M50 Mobile Computer allows user to sign-in to Eloview if the already have an existing account, or sign-up for an Eloview account directly from the device.

This will mimic the sign up process on web browser.
