This article explains how to set up an E393160 2D Barcode Reader for Windows

Configuring the E393160 2D Barcode Reader for Windows can be accomplished with Zebra's 123Scan Scanner Configuration Utility.  

This utility can create a config file in the form of a barcode which can be scanned with the bar code reader. Download the Zebra 123scan utility HERE
