The Honeywell N3680 2D Barcode Scan Engine (1st Generation 2D Barcode Scanner, P/N: E926356) is integrated into multiple Elo PayPoint® Plus for Windows models.

Configuring Presentation Mode (Auto-Sense Motion Trigger)
If the barcode scanner illumination LEDs do not activate or the engine appears unpowered when presenting a barcode, the scan engine may be set to manual trigger mode. To trigger the scanner manually while unconfigured, press the physical Factory Reset / Trigger Button located on the scanner module housing:
To enable hands-free automatic scanning, scan the primary Presentation Mode barcode below. If the scanner does not automatically illuminate upon detecting motion, scan the secondary configuration code:

Configuring USB HID Keyboard Emulation Mode
If the scan engine illuminates and beeps upon decoding a barcode but does not pass text data to your Point-of-Sale software, scan the USB Keyboard Mode configuration barcode below:
Testing & Verification Walkthrough
- Open Windows Notepad (or any standard text editor).
- Click inside the blank Notepad text window to ensure the active text cursor is focused.
- Present any standard 1D UPC or 2D QR code in front of the PayPoint Plus scan window. The decoded characters should populate directly into the text editor.
