This article describes how to perform a factory OSD menu reset on an Elo touch monitor
Shown, remote OSD Key used on Elo Open Frame touch monitors. These steps will also work on Elo's desktop touch monitors using the physical buttons on the monitor.
1. Turn monitor OFF
2. Press and hold the Select key and press the Power key to turn monitor on
3. When the screen lights up, release the Select key and press the Menu key
4. You should see an "F" in the upper left corner of the Menu
5. Using the Left or Right arrow key, navigate to the "F" and press the Select key
6. You should now be in the Factory OSD Menu
7. Using the Left or Right arrow key, navigate to the RESET option and press the Select key
8. Using the Left or Right arrow key, navigate to the EXIT option and press the Select key
9. Exit the OSD Menu
10. Power OFF the monitor then power it back on. The OSD has now been reset.
