This article describes how to disable the microphone on an Elo device operating in Android Home mode (not EloView mode)

How to Disable Device Microphone in Android Home Mode

1. On the desktop, open the Elo Test Apps folder and select the EloView Home app.



2. From the menu, select OTA.



3. In the OTA API, choose Account Manager.



4. Click the LOAD AND VERIFY TOKEN button.



5. Once the token is verified, click the Main Menu button.



6. Select the System option.



7. Click the Disable radio button and then select Microphone from the menu on the left.



8. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you should see an output message stating: SET_MICROPHONE_CODE: Microphone Disable: Success.



9. Exit the application.
