When integrating and flush-mounting an Elo TouchPro® Touchscreen Display Module (TDM) into custom enclosures, medical housings, or kiosk bezels, Elo engineering recommends using 3M™ VHB™ 4920 Double-Sided Foam Tape for structural bonding and environmental perimeter sealing.

💡 Mounting Best Practices:
- Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean all bezel contact surfaces using a 50/50 Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and water solution prior to tape application.
- Uniform Pressure: Apply firm, uniform pressure (minimum 15 psi) along the perimeter bond line to ensure 100% surface wet-out and optimal adhesion.
- Cure Time: Allow approximately 72 hours for full bond strength development before subjecting the assembly to extreme shock or environmental testing.
