This article explains how to change the language in the OSD menu
Elo touchmonitors have the ability to change the language used in the On-Screen-Display-Menu (OSD). Information for the OSD menu can be found in the User's Manual of your product.
Below is an example of how to change the language in an Elo 6553L IDS monitor.
1. Enter the OSD menu by pressing the Menu button on the side of the monitor
- If using an optional RJ45 remote, press the MENU button on the remote
2. The OSD menu will appear on the screen. Navigate to the On Screen Display section.
3. Choose the desired language from the OSD Language section by touching the icon beside the desired language. If using the optional wired RJ45 remote, use the Left and Right arrow keys to navigate to the desired language and press the SELECT button on the remote. (Some monitors may not have a touch a touch capable OSD menu or an RJ45 remote - on those monitors use the OSD buttons built into the monitor).
- In the below example, English has been chosen.
4. Exit the OSD menu. The language should now be in the language chosen.
