This article explains how to create an Elo Driver Diagnostic file for Mac
If during the regular use of the Elo Monitor you have problems with the touch, and the basic troubleshoot tasks has been exhausted, please follow the next procedure to create a Diagnostic file to be sent to the Driver Developer and Tech support for further analysis.
From the Elo Mac Driver menu (a hand inside a square), select status:
You will see the next screen:
If the column “St” shows a NOK value, the monitor has not been detected or is not working properly, follow the troubleshoot suggested on the KB “How to troubleshoot an Elo Monitor on MacOS ” if you have already done this, click on the “Diagnostics” button. The unit will analyze the system and will ask you the following questions:
After complete the requested tasks the system will create a file labeled as “updd_diagnostics.zip”
And then will show the following screen:
Click on “Done” and email the zip file to support@touch-base.com and copy elotech@elotouch.com for further analysis.
