This article explains the compatibility between Elo products and macOS Ventura (13.0.1)

mac OS Ventura 13.0.1 is supported by driver UPDD V6. This driver supports Mac OS X (10.7 and above).

Please be sure and follow the Quick Installation Guide paying close attention to the System Extension Consideration section. Due to security considerations, since macOS 10.13, users must manually 'Allow' these extensions to be installed, and will be prompted to do so during installation.

UPDD V6 is supported on the following Elo touch technologies: 
TouchPro® (PCAP), IntelliTouch® (SAW), IntelliTouch® Plus (eSAW), AccuTouch® (Resistive), CarrollTouch® (IR), iTouch/iTouch Plus, Surface Capacitive, Optical
