On Mac OS systems, if you upgraded the touch driver by downloading from Touch-Base.com, you will be prompted for a license key. To correct this issue, you need to uninstall the newly installed UPDD driver and then download and install the UPDD Mac driver from the Elo website which will download the OEM licensed version of the driver and automatically load the license key.
