How do I Uninstall UPDD MacOS Driver Version 4.01.10?

This article explains how to uninstall driver version 4.01.10 on MacOS

MacOS driver 4.01.10 requires a manual uninstall. There is no uninstaller included with UPDD 4.01.10. To uninstall 4.01.10, please follow the "Manual Uninstall (4.0.x and 4.1.1 before 17th Sept 2008)" instructions found here.
