This monitor explains how to properly map touch interactions to the correct monitor using MacOS and the UPDD driver
Multiple monitor setups are very common with Elo products. When using multiple monitors with MacOS using the UPDD driver, you must properly map touch interaction to the correct monitor. This process can be completed by following the below steps.
1. Open the UPDD Daemon menu in the MacOS menu bar
2. Select Identify from UPDD Daemon menu
3. One of the connected screens will display an identification screen, if this is a touch monitor press the target. If this is not a touch monitor use a mouse to click next or use a keyboard and press Option-x. The identification screen will then move to the next monitor.
4. Once all monitors have been identified the calibration window will close and touch should be properly mapped to all compatible displays
