This article explains why some users may get the "Out of Range" message after upgrading to Windows 10
Please see the information below regarding "Out of Range" error after upgrading to Windows 10.
Out of range means the monitor is not receiving a clean VESA video signal and unable to display content.
Elo monitors do not have their own video graphics drivers, they rely upon the video driver of the graphics card on your computer, therefore, if the OS was upgraded to Windows 10 then most likely the issue is the video graphics card on the computer also needs to be updated to a supported Windows 10 video graphics driver.

The only other reason the monitor would display out of range is if some type of hardware is being used between the monitor and the pc other than just the video cable. This sometimes leads to the video signal being corrupted and not displaying a clean VESA signal. In that case, the monitor would need to be connected directly to the pc with just the 6-foot cable and without any long cables, extenders, adapters KVM's etc.
