Troubleshooting
Issue: “FW Upgrade Failed 0000”
This may occur on firmware versions earlier than IoT FW v0.303 due to a known bug. In this case, only the IoT firmware updates and the Scaler firmware remains unchanged.
Resolution:
- Disconnect AC power.
- Reconnect power and turn the IDS device back on.
- Wait 1 minute, then check the IoT firmware version.
- If the version is now v0.303 or higher, repeat the USB update process again to update the Scaler firmware.
