This technical article describes how to access the memory (RAM) for the EloPOS AIO product.
Memory Specifications
Default Configuration for Memory (RAM) on EloPOS Systems:
- SoC Celeron:
- 4GB 2400/2666MHz DDR4 SO-DIMM, Unbuffered, Non-ECC, per slot
- Desktop i-Core:
- 4GB 2400/2666MHz DDR4 SO-DIMM, Unbuffered, Non-ECC, per slot per slot for Z3
- 8GB 2400/2666MHz DDR4 SO-DIMM, Unbuffered, Non-ECC, per slot per slot for Z5
- (Compatible with 8/16GB 2400/2666MHz DDR4 SODIMM per slot)

Steps
To access the memory (RAM) on the EloPOS unit follow the below steps:
1. Disconnect power from the EloPOS unit.
2. Place unit face down on a protective surface and remove the Philipps screw from the lower access panel.
3. Use fingers to remove lower and upper access panels to gain access to internal components.
4. Remove or add memory as needed, then reassemble.
